About The Founder
Rajeswari Sairam is a distinguished Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) professional with over 15 years of law firm experience in patent drafting, prosecution, litigation, trademark registration, copyright protection, and IP enforcement at both national and international levels. She is the founder of ELLECTUALS, offering comprehensive IP solutions across various industries.
She holds an LL.B from Kerala Law Academy, University of Kerala (2023), where she secured 10th rank overall (2020-2023 batch). Additionally, she earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from IGNOU in collaboration with WIPO, Geneva, enhancing her expertise in global IP laws.
Her strong technical background includes a B.E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (2003) from Bharath Institute of Technology, University of Madras. This enables her to effectively understand complex inventions and devise strategic patent protection plans for innovators and businesses.
